Kirkwood Church Structure

Kirkwood Church's structure is designed for growth, accountability, and to encourage participation of members into ministry. Christ is the head and cornerstone of Kirkwood Church.
Ban Chấp Hành = Leadership Board
BDH = Ban Đỉều Hành = Ministry Committee
Members of the Leadership Board (comprised of the pastors and deacons) meet every Sunday for a short meeting in which we discuss issues at hand. Time is also taken during this meeting for the Leadership Board to pray together. Once a month, the Leadership Board has a regular meeting for 2-3 hours to discuss issues in depth.
Each month, all pastors, deacons, and members of the Ministry Committee (made up of leaders of each ministry) meet together to study the Bible together and pray together. The goal is to encourage and build each other up through God Word in order to become better servant leaders for Christ. The Ministry Committee is instrumental in planning and organizing all the various programs and special events in the church.
