On two separate occassions, members of Kirkwood (including several registered nurses, pharmamcists, dental hygienist, and doctor) organized a free health screening to the local community.  Screening tests included a blood pressure check and tests for diabetes and cholesteral.  Participants were also given important health and dental information.  Kirkwood strongly believes that the church needs to have an impact in the community and used these free health fair in order to introduce the community to the church and share His love to the unchurched in a real and tangible way.
